In Vinyasa 2 sessions are designed to take you to a level where you will expand on your strength, stamina and flexibility as you master more advanced postures and more demanding sequences under the guidance of a Yoga Expert.
This session is appropriate for beginners who want to explore Ashtanga Yoga. Introduction to Ashtanga session mainly focuses on the breath and understanding the link between breath and movement.
These sessions are given in different styles of yoga (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga) led by the experts who completed a 200 Hr Yoga Foundations Program and becoming more skilled in the Mentorship program. All open door sessions are free for all participants who have a yoga package or not.

Vinyasa 1 sessions you will be ready to move to “Vinyasa 1-2.” These sessions continue with Yoga Experts guidance to emphasize the fundamentals of yoga while presenting the poses and sequencing of the session in a more challenging way.
