Yin Yoga is for yoga practitioners looking for something more than physical postures since Yin Yoga focuses more on connective tissue than muscles.
Hatha 2 sessions are designed to work on right allignments of the yoga poses and integrate with them with right breath technics.
In these Yin & Yang sessions, both Yin poses (feminine energy, receptivity, introverted) and Yang poses (masculine, dynamic, extroversion) will practiced equally as much as possible.
This 30 minute session will begin with some light breathwork to focus the mind, followed by a few brief asanas (postures) to rid the body of excess energy and release stiffness in the body,
