Kundalini yoga is a form of physical and meditative yoga that comprises of various techniques using the mind, body and our senses.
In this Ashtanga 1-2 session, the practitioner will learn standing (exp: “Trikonasana” Triangle pose, “Utkatasana” Chair pose) and seated poses of the primary series and gain better understanding of the Ashtanga flow under the guidance of an Ashtanga Yoga Expert.
The purpose of Hormone Yoga system is to re-activate the production of the hormones in the body and enable the glands (ovaries, tyroid, pituitary, pineal gland, adrenaline) to act effectively.
What is Celestial Communication?
Celestial Communication is a collective, moving meditation which is done with mantras and unique to Kundalini Yoga.
This 60 minutes session will begin with some light breathwork to focus the mind, followed by a few brief asanas(postures) to rid the body of excess energy and release stiffness in the body,
Restorative - Yin Yoga is a relaxing and healing practice where Restorative poses are combined with Yin poses as needed.
