These sessions are given in different styles of yoga (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga) led by the experts who completed a 200 Hr Yoga Foundations Program and becoming more skilled in the Mentorship program.
Yin Yoga - is a slow-paced yoga style, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
This 60 minutes session will begin with some light breathwork to focus the mind, followed by a few brief asanas(postures) to rid the body of excess energy and release stiffness in the body,

Vinyasa 1 sessions you will be ready to move to “Vinyasa 1-2.” These sessions continue with Yoga Experts guidance to emphasize the fundamentals of yoga while presenting the poses and sequencing of the session in a more challenging way.
Restorative - Yin Yoga is a relaxing and healing practice where Restorative poses are combined with Yin poses as needed.
Hatha 2 sessions are designed to work on right allignments of the yoga poses and integrate with them with right breath technics.
Reiki is an energy transfer technique applied for healing purposes.
Reiki is a Japanese word.
Rei - means Divine/Universal awareness.
Ki - is the Life Energy.
