In Kids Yoga children immerse into the yoga universe in a fun way. With a theme for each session, the yoga poses and the practical knowledge related to the theme and by playing different games and telling stories.

This session is appropriate for beginners who want to explore Ashtanga Yoga. Introduction to Ashtanga session mainly focuses on the breath and understanding the link between breath and movement.
Hatha Yoga is a session that combines a smooth flow with balancing different energies and high physical awareness.

Vinyasa 1 sessions you will be ready to move to “Vinyasa 1-2.” These sessions continue with Yoga Experts guidance to emphasize the fundamentals of yoga while presenting the poses and sequencing of the session in a more challenging way.
Iyengar yoga is basically a form of Hatha Yoga – a system of Indian philosophy that has been around for at least two and a half thousand years. It is named after B.K.S. Iyengar who has developed a rigorous and detailed approach to the practice and teaching of yoga. It is especially known with using props in order to correct the difficulty that each body may have.
