Aida was introduced to yoga in 2010. Through yoga, she began to get to know and love herself, as well as to recognize the beauty of the world. People around her describe Aida as someone who is deeply in love with yoga.
With the intention of sharing the beauty yoga has brought into her life, she completed a 200-hour Foundational Teacher Training Program with Zeynep Birinci in 2019. She then had the opportunity to deepen her knowledge through YogaŞala’s 65-hour Mentorship Program with Ayça Güdücü Erdem.
In 2020, she completed a 200-hour Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Program with Zeynep Aksoy and a “Mastering the Art of Sequencing” program with Jason Crandell.
In 2023, she completed a 60-hour Vinyasa Krama training with Ürün Kurtiç, followed by a 50-hour Restorative Yoga training with Lebriz Dedeoğlu in 2024, a 25-hour Ayurvedic Yoga training with Ürün Kurtiç in 2025, and a 200-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Lebriz Dedeoğlu in the same year.
For Aida, learning and teaching yoga is deeply valuable and inspiring.
She teaches her classes with the intention of using the breath as a tool to cultivate awareness of both body and mind.
