AntiGravity Yoga is done on a hammock hung from the ceiling. The Hammock is used throughout the session to provide support for the body in a variety of poses. The practitioner gets support from the hammock to get stronger, increase flexibility, or work and deepen aspects of their practice such as balance and awareness. AntiGravity Yoga is accessible to anyone, regardless of fitness level, as it naturally takes into account the body's limitations and needs.
