This session is appropriate for beginners who want to explore Ashtanga Yoga. Introduction to Ashtanga session mainly focuses on the breath and understanding the link between breath and movement.
In this session standing poses will be taught by breaking down the poses and offering modifications for each pose under the guidance of an Ashtanga Yoga Expert.
The session will end with preparations for back bends and inversions (exp: Urdhva Dhanurasana” Wheel pose, “ Adho Mukha Svanasana” Downward Facing Dog). Beginners are welcome.
