Autumn/Vata balancing session: These sessions will focus on grounding and centering the emotional system. The practice focuses on a smooth flow. The focus of the sessions is joint health through asana practice, strengthening the waist area and letting go of tension through somatic practices. The sessions are reinforced with breathing and mudra exercises that calm the mind.
Winter/Kapha balancing: These sessions focus on revitalizing the entire system and replenishing energy that becomes heavy in the winter season. Sessions includes core strength, modified inverted postures that suitable for practitioners of all levels, and invigorating postures. By renewing the lymph system, the natural power of the Immune system is supported throughout the winter season.
Summer / Pitta balancing: These sessions includes special breathing exercises that regulates internal heat in Asana practice. Sessions are designed to keep overall balance. Meditative aspect with a calm and energy-soothing flow comes to the forefront. For the mind, the effect is like dropping into cool water.
