These yoga sessions are a short escape from the work environment, yet they have a powerful and lasting effect on both the body and the mind. 

 

In a typical office environment, the back and shoulders can become stiff, while the mind becomes overloaded with a never ending “to-do” list.  These sessions can give you the tools to relieve both the physical and mental stress that is naturally accumulated during a typical business day.   

 

These sessions are conducted in the office and can enjoyed in regular office attire.
