Çiçek has attended several workshops on breathing, meditation and body techniques since 2003. In 2010 she completed a 200hr event with Alexis Kiresepi at YogaŞala and later in 2011 a 200hr event with Chris Chavez.
Thinking of yoga as a whole, she decided to major in different styles of yoga which constitute the whole. She has majored in Yoga Theraphy with Banu Çadırcı, Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley, and Restorative yoga with Cydi Lee. She completed a 100hr event with Hart Lazer this year at YogaŞala and is still continuing an advanced level 500hr event with Chris Chavez. She thinks that the only constant in life is change. She is grateful to have had the chance to integrate different styles of yoga into her life and practice without any limitations.
In her Vinyasa and Hatha practice, she focuses on balance, strength, and movement through the alignment of the body and mind. In her Restorative and Yin practices she emphasizes, clarity and vividness of mind through the relaxation of the body. It is a practice of letting go to find balance in the moment.
