Çiğdem graduated from the Biology Department of Çukurova University, she later completed an MBA program at Bilgi University. Her sports journey began with fitness in 2000, in 2010 she incorporated Pilates into her regular routine. In 2016, she completed her Pilates Instructor Training focusing primarily on the spine and posture. In 2018, Çiğdem started practicing yoga and aerial yoga and she also completed a training in aerial yoga and nutrition coaching. In her sessions, Çiğdem prefers to blend different disciplines that she has studied and practiced.
