Çiğdem started her yoga experience in 2005 in a workshop with Kundalini yoga master Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and Esra Baguoğlu. In 2009 she completed the first phase of Art of Living program on breath, meditation and yoga.
Çiğdem started her regular yoga practice at YogaŞala in 2010 and has practiced various yoga styles. She was particularly affected by Hatha yoga and the balance it creates within us, and decided to focus her own growth on this style.
In 2015, she received 200 hours of Hatha Yoga Majoring Program with Yara Liete Ulcay. In 2016, Çiğdem completed 80 hours of Mentorship Program with Övül Büyükberber at YogaŞala.
In connection with yoga she deepend her meditation training with Yara Leite Ulcay and completed the Simply Meditation program.
Çiğdem is grateful to have had the opportunity to work with yoga masters such as Hart Lazer, Michael Saunders and Chris Chavez. Yoga has been a part of her life ever since she discovered the life changing effects of practicing it.
