She has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa system since 2015 and teaching the system to her students.
Dicle also completed her training in sports biomechanics and kinesiology with elite athletes and triathletes Can Üstündağ and Mehmet Çetin. She and has been working as a personal trainer since 2016. Dicle has been designing courses that provide body awareness, strength, mobility and endurance for the 80+ age group, people with acute disability, sedentary individuals and a variety of students with many different physical needs. In her personalized sessions, which she refers to as "functional training therapy", movement is realized with the awareness that is typically present in yoga. This type of practice enables one to recognize the needs of the body and apply it independently to reap maximum benefit.
