Yoga was a tool for “body awareness” in her acting studies at the very beginning. As a philosophy student she was interested in mind-body relationship and took elective courses at the college.
Since 2015 she has been attending classes in different styles in YogaŞala. Esra completed 200 hours Yoga Alliance Approved Yoga Majoring Program and 80 hours YogaŞala Mentorship Program with Ürün Kurtiç in order to deepen her own practice. She attended workshops conducted by Dylan Bernstein, Yiannis Andritsos and Hart Lazer.
Esra hopes to share what she experienced in her own practice and to be able to narrate her relationship with yoga.
Believing that everyone may find his/her own way and core power through yoga she is giving Hatha or Vinyasa classes.
