These techniques have been used by manual therapists for over 65 years after they were first described in the field of Osteopathy.

Opening tense muscle and fascia
Strengthening weak muscles
During these sessions, the instructor aims to open and strengthen the entire fascia tissue by using 3-stage resistance bands and a gymnastic ladder.
