Hakan first stepped on a yoga mat in 2015 and he has been continuing on the path of yoga ever since. His yoga practice and teaching is based on his own experience. He also recognizes that learning yoga encompasses many aspects namely posture, energy, physiology, and philosophy. In 2017 Hakan completed the 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Approved Training program with Pınar Enginsu and Gökhan Yavuz. This program served as a part of his deepening yoga journey . Since then, Hakan enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion for yoga. His mission is to do yoga together.
Hakan's sessions aim to make yoga accessible to all body types by putting basic yoga alignments, trust, and discovery at the center. Thus allowing the practitioner to develop on their own yoga path by gathering teachings and experiences.
