Hakan Eren has been practicing yoga since 2015. Since he first stepped on the yoga mat he has been considering the numerous aspects of yoga such as posture, energy, physiology and philosophy.
In order to deepen his personal yoga experience, Hakan Eren went on to complete the 200 Hour Specialization Program with Pınar Enginsu in 2017. Since then, Hakan Eren has been sharing his knowledge and yoga experience with the mission of doing yoga together. He truly enjoys sharing his passion for yoga with others.
Hakan's sessions focus on basic yoga sequences, trust and discovery. He aims to make yoga accessible to all body types.
By bringing together the practitioner's teachings and experiences he facilitates the practitioner to embark on their own path of yoga discovery.
