Handstand Session

In this session we will focus on the handstand movement, which in essense will contribute to our full movement potential.  The Handstand will be used as a tool for 'learn how to learn' by dividing the movement into sub topics. In these sessions, we will experience 'practice', that is, an ever-evolving and changing personal relationship with the movement or subject one is trying to learn.



Hand postures; We will work under two separate headings: Hardware (strength and flexibility exercises required to practice the balance of hand postures) & Software (studies for establishing balance in hand posture).
