Hatha Yoga is a session that combines a smooth flow with balancing different energies and high physical awareness. This form of Yoga is most often identified with the practice of basic yoga postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and renew/relaxation. If you are new to yoga, you should consult with your Hatha beginners level expert before coming to Hatha 1-2 sessions.
