Helin was first introduced to yoga in 2010 and continued her yoga practice in different disciplines for many years. In 2015 she completed the 200-Hour Basic Hatha Yoga Specialization Program with Arzu Sunam and Yelina Tayfur. Upon completing this program she started giving yoga classes in various yoga studios and non-governmental organizations and continued her training with Godfrey Deverux, Can Bora, Fırat Tosun Gül Dirican, Vajracaksu during this period.
After completing the 200-Hour Yin Yoga Specialization Program with Asu Somer in 2018, she continued to deepen in yin yoga by assisting the same program in 2019. The principles of Yin yoga deeply influenced her view of asanas and her ideas about movement. These experiences ultimately led her to transform her sessions. To expand her knowledge further, she attended the Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Nervous System training with Yelina Tayfur. Helin cares about creating a space where every body can move safely by using meditation, breathing exercises and asanas as tools in her classes.
Helin offers sessions in the styles of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yin&Yang.
