The purpose of Hormone Yoga system is to re-activate the production of the hormones in the body and enable the glands (ovaries, tyroid, pituitary, pineal gland, adrenaline) to act effectively.
Dynamic poses combined with special breathing techniques massage the glands and re-activate them. With the help of yoga nidras and meditations parasympatetic nervous system works and therefore stillness, harmony is obtained.
