In Kids Yoga children immerse into the yoga universe in a fun way. With a theme for each session, the yoga poses and the practical knowledge related to the theme and by playing different games and telling stories.

Kids Yoga shows to the kids how to breathe in many different forms and we practice joyfully the yoga postures to explore their body flexibility and strength and balance.

Kids Yoga is also a good support to the mental development, improving concentration and focus, easing and balancing the mind, helping the kids to express their selves, developing their imagination and improving their creativity.
