Mahir Aydoğar started practicing Taekwondo when he was only 6 years old. Later, he continued his athletic career by playing soccer. After pursuing an amateur soccer career for 15 years he decided to become a certified fitness professional. Soon after receiving his Second Stage Professional Training Certification Mahir was introduced to yoga. He completed his Yoga Training Program with an accredited Indian yoga expert Rishi Nath. Moreover, he continued to educate himself in the subject of yoga philosophy.
Mahir’s unique style combines his deep expertise in physical fitness with yoga. His style creates harmony among numerous related modern disciplines such as Anatomy, Biomechanical Form, and Conditioning. He shares his vast knowledge in his expertise program.
In his sessions Mahir uses manipulation techniques that are in line with the physical body biomechanics. His unique methodology increases awareness within the practice and makes the practice safer. Furthermore, his sessions incorporate breathing exercises and meditation techniques.
