Mandala Yoga & Compassionate Inguiry Workshop
Awakening your heart mandala flow is a practice of flow yoga ; that will be practiced in a circle . It's about knowing and accepting your body and defining your breath with sensual body language. Every heart opening pose will be practiced in mandala taking the support from each other , using the sense of touch, partner poses ,and breath; this experience of flowing , moving will lead us into the creative mind. Mandala’s creation signifies the transformation of a universe suffering into joy. This practice will be a practice of joy and love. When you move with awareness , negativity dissolves and self expression through words will be healing.
The flow will be followed by a meditation that will lead the attendants into a safe space of their heart so that they can express themselves . At the end everyone will share and express what is authentic and meaningful for them. Whenever there is a safe space and mutual respect there is shared vulnerability.
People who are sharing a safe space in a vulnerability circle will be supported so that they will be able to open up for the feelings and sensations that they are going through their bodies for that moment. It will be exploration of the present , through the sensations of our bodies.
Compassionate Inquiry circle is a body oriented psychotherapeutic support group work. İt is designed to invite people to be in the present , to give space to the sensations and feelings, to initiate the process of self inquiry ; to honor what’s coming up in the body ; to explore the limiting beliefs and the coping mechanisms ; to connect to the inner child. It facilitates the freedom from these beliefs and the potential for healing that everyone carries inside. It is a compassionate way to explore with curiosity, to hold space to whatever is coming up in the circle, to connect and to feel safe. İt is based on the work of Dr. Gabor Maté.
