This 30 minute session will begin with some light breathwork to focus the mind, followed by a few brief asanas (postures) to rid the body of excess energy and release stiffness in the body, and then the Meditation Expert will guide the participants through various meditation techniques designed to help invoke a sense of calmness and find peace from the constant fluxuations of the mind.
