Mindfulness is a type of meditation technique that can be easily adapted to daily life. Mindfulness is a state of intense awareness aware and alertness.


With mindfulness practices, we consciously, intentionally, and non-judgmentally direct attention to the present moment. We practice being aware of thoughts, emotions, breath, and bodily sensations. When we are aware and alert, we begin to react more clearly, more balanced and in a more conscious way to the events or difficulties that we encounter.
In these sessions, we learn how to incorporate mindfulness techniques into our daily lives.
