This session focuses on movement and breath that support the state of vitality that the body needs after sleep. It supports the body and mind as you embark on your day.


This session includes physical and meditative body awareness exercises designed to hear what the body needs. These depend on many variables such as weather or seasonal conditions. The body thereby learns to provide appropriate responses in cooperation with the nervous system. This session is suitable for both beginners and practitioners of all levels who have been practicing yoga for a while.
