The Movement approach is a practice that has broad meanings. It derives its strength not from specializing in any field/branch, but from offering a ground for discovery beyond specializations.


Although we are born with a tremendous potential for movement, we often do not use our bodies in a way that does justice to this potential. Our goal in this course will be to investigate and discover the different layers of our movement potential and to teach our bodies new languages in the depths of these layers. In order to achieve this, this session draws on different movement concepts and blends elements from dance, martial arts, and sometimes gymnastics or weight lifting practices. Transformation will occur through new experimental movement forms on the axis of rhythm, coordination, mobility and power. The concept of movement basically aims to increase the body's adaptation and free movement ability. Although physical health and having a fit body are not the primary goal, these are inevitable and invaluable outcome of this entire discovery process.
