This course will immerse in the wisdom of 10 Mudras to use in your daily life. Whenever Mudras are practiced with discipline and dedication, great results can be experienced.
Mudras are ancestral gestures performed using the hands or other parts of the physical body. They channel energy to parts of the body that need healing, helping to restore the balance, allowing greater health and vitality.
Mudras generate better concentration during any activity; they can also awaken our inner center and increase intuition.
Many people have experienced better vision, improved memory, less anxiety and better sleep after practicing Mudras.
It’s an easy practice that can be ubiquitously applied in every place, increasing living quality, excellent practice for the current times as we all experience and come across new obstacles.

Yara Ulcay :
Yara Ulcay is a Senior yoga instructor, with more than 30 years of Yoga journey. She is a Hatha teacher since 1992, but meditation and yoga philosophy are the fields she always took in debt, since those practices and ancestral techniques are both tools and goals of a yogi journey.
The knowledge of Self Awareness Techniques did not come from books but directly from Self- Realized Masters, who she had the chance to meet on her path. She had been submitted to highest preparations and official certifications, and became an authorized expert in the field. Yara is always passionately sharing with great joy all these amazing practices.
