Myotherapy & Detox Program
Personal growth and development program for chronic pain and long lasting nutritional habits.
We cannot create a different reality with the same mental structure and repetitive habits.
If you have decided to create a change physically, spiritually, emotionally or mentally;cleansing the body (inner space, invisible) would be a logical place to start.
The content of the 4-week program:
• Weekly detox program
Our bodies get most of their energy from toxins, which we get through digestion as well as external factors. These toxins take time to clear up. When they cannot clear fully they can cause blockages in the system over time. This detox program, which will be implemented for a month, is unique in that there are no specific rules or limitations.
This detox program is a personal journey in which your will receive continuing guidance.
• Myotherapy session (3 sessions)
Eliminating chronic pain and joint stiffness is a priority. We treat the physical body first, this is done with the focus to relax and lighten the body, so that one can be mentally, spiritually and emotionally relaxed. Myotherapy works by entering into the fascia system, it opens the body and helps the system to work on its own.
Fascia is like the internal web of the body, it allows all cells to communicate with each other.
In short, myotherapy changes the disease consciousness in the cells and transforms the cells in the whole body. This method connects its consciousness to a single healthy consciousness and does this through fascia.
Sessions are done manually by a myotherapist on the massage table.
• Fascia Fitness sessions (4 sessions)
These sessions focus on moving the body as a whole with the breath without dividing the body into parts. This method is safe and prevents injury, soft tissue tears or long-lasting pain.
Resistance bands are used, while the fascia opens and relaxes, muscle energy increases. It is a technique that accelerates the person’s metabolism as soon as possible without causing any harm.
