*In order to attend Mysore sessions, first you must attend Ashtanga sessions.

Mysore style is the traditional method for practicing Ashtanga Yoga. Participants practice independently a set series of postures at their own pace, under the guidance of a Mysore Yoga Expert. In case of necessity, Yoga Expert will give instructions and adjustments.
