Mysore sessions require prior familiarity with the Ashtanga sequence.

Mysore yoga style is a traditional method for practicing Ashtanga Yoga. Participants practice independently a set series of postures at their own pace, under the guidance of a Mysore Yoga Instructor. In this session the instructor uses verbal instructions and physical adjustments in order to deepen the practitioners understanding of the practice.
