One-on-One Breathing Sessions
"Let's breathe together"
Inhaling and exhaling is innate, spontaneous and vital. We breathe in and out effortlessly. However, the breath we are born with is restricted over the years, and our respiratory capacity weakens. Its impact on our health is as strong as the effects of nutrition, sleep, and exercise.
When our health deteriorates, we usually start reassessing our diet. Most of us are now aware of the the powerful effects of our breath on our health, and therefore we do not use it. Taking care of our breath directly affects our quality of life. It relaxes our sleep, supports a balanced diet and enables us to find the energy needed for movement.
In Breath-work sessions, we permanently increase our respiratory capacity by softening our diaphragm muscle. Our increased respiratory capacity provides emotional resolution, mental clarity, and high physical energy.
Breath-work reminds us of our Essence on a spiritual level. Our connection with the Self, with our origin and strength.
Session duration is 90 minutes
