These sessions will explore how to practice mindfulness not only in meditation, but off the cushion as well, in daily life, in relationships at home, in family, at work, in community, in the wider world, and with the Earth.


The practices will help cultivate awareness and inclusiveness, compassion and care, for ourselves, others, and the world. While anchored in classical Buddhist teachings and neuroscience, the sessions will draw from diverse wisdom traditions and participants' own deep wisdom.
