Facial yoga exercises are a set of assistive movements to prevent wrinkles caused by repetitions of mimic and gesture movements by triggering facial muscles. These movements are targeted to strengthen under-worked weak muscles and to eliminate sagging and negative appearance.
** Information for people with filler application:
Face yoga and massage are not recommended for people who have fillers, as the location of the filler may change or its effect will decrease.
* People who have completely stopped having Filler and Botox treatments can easily practice yoga movement and massage for their faces 4 months post Botox or 8 months post Filler Treatment.
**Oil:
Cold pressed oil, which is good for our skin, is preferred during Face Yoga and massage session. Non-comedogenic oils that do not clog pores should be used. Such as Argan, Rosehip, Jojoba, Apricot or Kernel oil.
* Those who will attend the Face Yoga sessions must come without make-up and with their own face oil, to be used during the session.
