Senem has been in pursuit of her inner curiosity, for many years she researched various occult sources and simultaneously various subjects such as astronomy, biology, astrology, theology, mythology, symbolism, anatomy, death and beyond.
After being introduced to Raja Yoga meditation class for the first time in 1998, she deepened her studies in various meditation techniques and abstract concepts in pursuit of her personal growth journey. In the 2000s, pursuit of inspiration Senem, in pursuit of inspiration, focused her work on dream forms of artistic expression. She graduated from art management and worked in curatorial work in various fields such as museums. In 2015, she decided to add physical exercises to her yoga practice and completed her first 200 Hour Vinyasa training with Râna Ortan in 2017. In the same period, with the experience of motherhood, she completed her Pregnancy Yoga training with Şaylan Yılmaz. She also continues on her yoga path with the 200 hour Yin Yoga Program with Berivan Aslan Sungur, and focused on Meridian theories with Devrim Akkaya, Dream Yoga with Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, Trul khor with Alejandro Chaol. She further completed a 300 hours of advanced yoga with Çağ Rical Gürle and 200 hours of Mindfullness-based Vinyasa Training with Mey Elbi & Rana Ortan.
Along with this and other trainings, she continues to weave together her experiences in motherhood and art through yoga.
In light of her studies on Sleep and Dream awareness and creativity, she prepares lectures on the spontaneous self-regulation abilities of the human body.
Senem offers calm improvised flows blending Vinyasa and Yin yoga styles.
