Sibel was introduced to yoga in 2011. Practicing and establishing a relationship with yoga became indispensable to her. After a 200-hour yin yoga specialization program with Lebriz Dedeoğlu, she deepened her knowledge in a 65-hour yin yoga mentoring program. This experience allowed her to apply her academic experience in practice. Sibel is particularly interested in energy and mindfulness studies. She sincerely wants everyone to gain access to yoga, which continues to transform her own life in many positive ways!
