Sıdıka started practicing yoga with Micheal Saunders in 2010 at YogaŞala. After realizing the change that breath, body and mind integrity created within her, yoga became an integral part of her life.

Since 2015, Sıdıka continues her yoga studies with Hart Lazer, whom she accepts as her teacher. She is deeply influenced by his teachings. Recently, she has focused on meditation and breathing exercises with a focus on accepting life as it is.
In her sessions, Sıdıka focuses on performing the movements in accordance with the body mechanics and safely with breathing harmony.
She believes that yoga is above all a spiritual discipline.
