After 25 years of active life in tennis, pilates and running, she began practicing yoga in 2010 with Micheal Saunders with whom she still continues to practice. After experiencing her very first session, she has never been off the matt. She completed the 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved Yoga Foundation Program with Urun Kurtic and the 90-hour Hatha Yoga Mentorship Program with Yara Ulcay at YogaŞala. She also attended the workshops and retreats of Chuck Miller, Yogeswari, Petros Haffenrichter, Dechen Thurman, Gabriela Bozic, Micheal Saunders and Hart Lazer.
She believes that yoga is far beyond anything than spiritual discipline and she focuses on practicing yoga properly and safely in harmony with breath.
