The aim of this session is to focuses on the concept of "strength" which is an integral part in yoga practice. Targeted exercises in this session provide strength training while specifically paying attention to yoga alignments and strengthening the body as a whole.
This session starts with a gentle warm-up and the pace increases throughout the session, followed by a cool-down and relaxation section at the end. When practiced regularly, it will be very useful, especially for vinyasa and asthanga practitioners.
