Vinyasa 1 sessions you will be ready to move to “Vinyasa 1-2.” These sessions continue with Yoga Experts guidance to emphasize the fundamentals of yoga while presenting the poses and sequencing of the session in a more challenging way.
In Vinyasa 2 sessions are designed to take you to a level where you will expand on your strength, stamina and flexibility as you master more advanced postures and more demanding sequences under the guidance of a Yoga Expert.
A slower vinyasa style (movement linked with breath) that allows for a yoga practice that is focused on proper breathing, steadiness, comfort in postures and alignment.
