Uma’s Yoga path started in her childhood with E.Ruchpaul and this has been always a basic support for challenges of her life.
She started the meditation practice in 1998, in France. In 2002, she explored many different styles of Yoga, and continued to Bikram and Sivananda in New Zealand.
In 2004 she took Yoga expertise programme at Sivananda-Ashram/India. In 2006 she gained her mastery on advanced techniques of pranayama, mantra, mudra, bandha in Himalayas. Subsequent to periodic meditation seclusions since 2009, in 2011 she practiced Tibetan meditations and Mahayana Buddhism at Kopan Monastery.
As a Reiki-Master, Theta-Healing® and Thai-Massage Therapist, Uma attained wider perspectives on techniques of energy, mind control, meditation; and increasingly more holistic and flexible ways on Yoga.
While guiding her sessions she aims that the participants discover and recognize their own limits and limitlessness.
