University Yoga (Vinyasa)

Catered specifically to university students, and open to all level of practitioners.

These sessions introduce participants to asanas, pranayama and movement in poses with a flow (vinyasa) under the guidance of a Vinyasa yoga expert.

The sessions will help students to practice to deal with the stress of University life, exams and deadlines in a more calm and focused manner by working on postures and breathing techniques to calm and soothe the body and mind.
