In Vinyasa 2 sessions are designed to take you to a level where you will expand on your strength, stamina and flexibility as you master more advanced postures and more demanding sequences under the guidance of a Yoga Expert.
“Vinyasa 2” sessions involve inversion variations, arm balances (exp: “Mayurasana” Peacock pose, “Baksana” Crow pose) and jump backs. Before you come to “Vinyasa 2” sessions we strongly recommend that you take at least 2 “Vinyasa 1-2” sessions.
