Vinyasa 2-3 sessions are designed to take you to a level where you will expand on your strength, stamina and flexibility as you master more advanced postures and more demanding sequences under the guidance of a Yoga Expert.

Vinyasa 2-3 sessions involve more complex sequences, inversion variations, arm balances and jump backs. These classes require a deeper level of focus and concentration that builds endurance both mentally & physically.

Before you come to “Vinyasa 2-3sessions we strongly recommend that you take at least 2 “Vinyasa 2” sessions.
