At least 1 year of yoga practice is required from participants to attend this session.
Vinyasa Krama is the original yoga system of Krishnamacharya. During this practice, every pose is experienced in a flow and with a special breathing methodology under the guidance of a Yoga Expert.
By time, the practitioner would recognise and learn the orijinal yoga sequences.
The main motivation of this yoga session is to bring the body, mind and breath in harmony in order to create a special energy effect.
