Vinyasa flow and kundalini fusion yoga sessions are for those who want to practice kriyas and meditations without forfeiting the strength, flexibility and heat that is cultivated during a Vinyasa flows! This fusion of two distinct yoga styles brings forth both vitality and deep relaxation.
We calm the mind, while warming up and invigorating the body. Session typically begins with a practice of sun salutations and yoga poses, a gentle and uninterrupted flow of vinyasa, in which we synchronize the breath with the movements. Then, we strive to increase awareness with kriyas, breathing or meditation exercises chosen according to the theme of each particular session. We devote an equal amount of time to both styles as much possible. We aim to improve conditioning with Vinyasa yoga and create a transformative effect with kriyas, mudras and mantras that directly affect the nervous and endocrine system.
