Layal Salhani:
Layal is an experienced yoga teacher, hypnotherapist and breath facilitator.
She began her yoga journey in 2008 as a way to integrate a healthy lifestyle. She got her first Yoga teacher training in 2013 from Sivananda yoga Vedanta - India. Since then, Layal has dedicated herself to the practice, learning and teaching of yoga. In 2015 she completed her advanced Sadhana with Shivananda. In 2016 she did yoga therapy from Andiappan Yoga School in Chennai, in 2017 she did the 500 hour Ashtanga training in Tattvaa yoga shala - Rishikish. Her passion for yoga led her in 2018 to stay in India for a year and live the yogic life to learn from the gurus and masters. During this year she studied the science of Pranayama, the yoga sutras and the philosophy of yoga with Sunil Sharma, the hand on Adjustments with yogi Kamal Singh and she trained more than 30 International groups in TTC. Layal is a member of yoga alliance as an experienced yoga teacher with more than 1400 hrs of training.
Layal believes the mind, body and soul connection is a sacred one and one that should be nurtured and inspired. With this she teaches her classes creating an uplifting, safe environment for students to begin to explore and expand within their own body and consciousness.
Hisham Nasr:
Hisham Nasr is a medical doctor, holistic therapist, self-care trainer, and an experienced yoga teacher specialized in meditation, mindfulness, and kriya with more than 25000 hours of international teaching experience.
Dr. Hisham have studied with prominent swamis throughout his youth, he established himself as one of the first yoga teachers in Lebanon and the Middle East. He has been conducting classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings for more than 15 years in Lebanon and abroad.
His classes bring together the subtleties of the spiritual realm and the preciseness of modern physiology, psychology and health sciences.
Dr. Hisham is the founder of Ananda Yoga Center in Beirut (Wujoud Yoga), and “THAT Foundation” – an organization working on cultivating inner wellbeing through yoga, meditation, and the arts.
Currently Dr. Hisham localized in Abu Dhabi and conducting international teacher training courses, retreats, workshops, and meditation, Kriya, and Vedanta courses.

Those who complete this program will receive the YogaŞala 200 Hours Program Completion Certificate. Subsequently, those who successfully complete eight discovery classes in YogaŞala will be entitled to receive a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance approved document.

***Participants are expected to attend all the sessions on the above announced dates and be in the studio as much as possible. In case of absence, it is important for the participant to inform Layal in advance so that make up sessions for the missed hours can be arranged.
***In addition the meeting dates and hours mentioned above a few additional hours will be added to accommodate the visiting teachers and gain as much value from their presence as possible. The dates for these meetings will be announced to program participants at a later date.
Fees:
Early Bird Special rate (one-time payment by Nov 30th): 1750 USD (TL equivalent on payment date)
Full Program (one-time payment): 2000 USD (TL equivalent on payment date)
Program Payment in 3 installments: 700 USD (TL equivalent on payment date)
Installment dates sample schedule: November 15th, December 15th, January 15th
Notes:
-For registration, a deposit of 250 USD (TL equivalent on payment date)
is required and is non-refundable.
-The remaining fee must be paid in cash or credit card in 3 installments or before the program date based on the above Fee schedule.
-Program participants will have the right to a 20% discount on workshops and Yoga Membership packages at YogaŞala throughout the duration of the program. This discount is not valid for long term programs announced under "Specialization in Yoga" section on the YogaŞala website. Program participants.
- Within the scope of this specific Teacher Training program, participants are not required to have a yoga membership package at YogaŞala as the practice hours will be in the scope of the training.
- A minimum of 6 months Yoga experience is required to participate in the program.
